Abstract:
This research aims to 1. Study the needs and necessities for promoting the characteristics of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, 2. Study the methods for promoting the characteristics of administrators based on the polymath of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, and 3. Propose guidelines for promoting the characteristics of administrators based on the polymath of school administrators in the 4th Efficiency Promotion Network Group, Pathum Thani Province. The mixed-method research used a sample of 165 teachers. Data was collected using a questionnaire on opinions. Statistics were analyzed to find the mean, standard deviation, and the values of the needs that the school wanted to achieve using the Priority Needs Index (PNI) method. The content of the interviews with 7experts who are experts in administration and religion were analyzed.
The research results found that:
1. The ability to manage educational institutions is of utmost importance. School leaders who possess strong management skills (PNImodified = 0.070) and foster good relationships with all teachers (PNImodified=0.069) are more likely to have a clear understanding of the institution's vision (PNImodified=0.062) and are capable of self-development to achieve excellence in their leadership practices (PNImodified=0.049).
2. The study on promoting leadership qualities according to the principles of pluralism in educational administration within the Network for Promoting Efficiency Group 4 revealed the following key methods: 1) Developing a Flexible Vision: School leaders should be open to new ideas and create systems for organizing information that enhances clear communication. 2) Fostering Public Spirit: Leaders should actively listen to feedback and suggestions from staff regarding volunteer activities, ensuring everyone has a role in decision-making to create a sense of value in contributing to society. 3) Promoting Learning Development: It is essential to survey and consider the needs and opinions of students, staff, and the community to ensure that learning planning is aligned with the context and sustainability of the educational environment. 4) Creating a Learning Atmosphere: Leaders should involve teachers and students in designing learning spaces, especially regarding the use of technology, to foster clear understanding and effective communication among staff.
3. The guidelines for promoting leadership qualities based on pluralism principles in educational administration within the Network for Promoting Efficiency Group 4 are as follows: 1) Developing a Flexible Vision: School leaders should learn to analyze social change trends, think strategically, and develop technology along with staff to prepare the organization for change and enhance effective teamwork. 2) Fostering Public Spirit: Promoting an organizational culture focused on social responsibility through volunteer activities and recognizing contributors will help create a sense of ownership and motivation to collaborate for the benefit of society. 3) Promoting Learning Development: Planning should be based on studying the needs of students, promoting the involvement of staff and the community, and using technology for continuous evaluation, ensuring that teaching is effective and aligned with sustainable development. 4) Creating a Learning Environment: Creating learning spaces that foster collaboration and utilizing modern technology will enhance effective learning and stimulate students enthusiasm. The proposed guidelines are highly suitable, feasible, and beneficial at a significant level,
