Abstract:
The research aimed to investigate and compare the levels of digital citizenship skills among students at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, categorized by gender and faculty. The sample consisted of 377 regular students from year 1 to 4 at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. The sample size was determined using Yamanes .05 error formula, obtained through multi-stage sampling. The research utilized a questionnaire with discrimination value of 0.45 - 0.98 and reliability of 0.77. Data analysis involved percentage calculation, mean ( ) determination, standard deviation (S.D.) calculation, as well as statistical hypothesis test (t-test), one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and post hoc test using LSD and Tamhane methods. The findings revealed that the overall level of digital citizenship skills among students at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University was high ( = 4.09, S.D. = 0.26) when considering each area from highest to lowest proficiency, the order was as follows: 1) Digital Empathy, 2) Screen Time Management, 3) Critical Thinking, 4) Cyberbullying Management, 5) Digital Citizen Identity, 6) Privacy Management, 7) Digital Footprint, and 8) Cybersecurity Management. Additionally, the comparison of digital citizenship skills levels among students at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, categorized by gender and faculty, exhibited statistically significant differences at the .05 level.
