Abstract:
This research has 3 objectives: (1) to study the status of health promotion for students in the digital age, Wachiraprakarn School Group, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; (2) to study methods for promoting health for students in the digital age, Wachiraprakarn School Group, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province; and (3) to propose guidelines for promoting health for students in the digital age according to the four principles of meditation, Wachiraprakarn School Group, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research used mixed-methods research by collecting quantitative data from 108 administrators and teachers through a questionnaire on opinions. The research used statistics to analyze the mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data was obtained from interviews with 9 experts using content analysis. The content analysis was used to extract appropriate promotion guidelines.
The research findings indicate that:
1. The state of health promotion for students in the digital age of Wachiraprakan School Group, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, overall and in all aspects is at a high Such As 1) In terms of physical health 2) In terms of mental health 3) In terms of intellectual health 4) In terms of social health because health promotion for students in Wachiraprakan School Group has progressed and is continuously developed, especially in creating a balance between the use of technology and other activities that promote student health to be healthy in body, mind and society.
2. The results of the study on how to promote students health in the digital age according to the principles of meditation in the four groups of Wachiraprakarn School, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, are as follows: 1) In terms of physical health, there should be more emphasis on providing knowledge about hygiene so that students can take care of their own health comprehensively and sustainably. 2) In terms of mental health, there should be a focus on creating an environment conducive to mental health development and integrating mental health into all subjects and school activities. 3) In terms of intellectual health, students should be encouraged to have creative ideas, to practice and be able to apply their knowledge to solve real-life problems effectively. 4) In terms of social health, there should be a focus on creating an environment conducive to learning and living together in society through various activities that encourage students to practice their skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving.
3. The guidelines for promoting health of students in the digital age in 4 areas: 1. Physical health 2. Mental health 3. Intellectual health 4. Social health According to the principles of the 4 Bhavahana, the Wachiraprakarn School Group has the following health promotion guidelines: 1) Physical meditation: should organize health promotion activities to help students be strong and learn better. 2) Moral meditation: should integrate religious principles through meditation activities, community service, and practical training. 3) Mental meditation: should promote practical activities, provide books on self-development. 4) Wisdom meditation: should create a variety of learning media, activities that promote analytical thinking, and create an environment conducive to reading to help develop analytical thinking skills and sustainable learning processes for students in the Wachiraprakarn School Group, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
