Abstract: วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม เพื่อศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม จำแนกตามตัวแปรอิสระ และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากผู้ที่มาร่วมงานฌาปนกิจ จำนวน 306 คน ตั้งแต่การบำเพ็ญกุศลศพจนถึงฌาปนกิจศพ ที่ฌาปนสถานวัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.9066 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยภาพรวม ผู้ที่มาร่วมงานฌาปนกิจ ตั้งแต่การบำเพ็ญกุศลศพจนถึงฌาปนกิจศพ ที่ฌาปนสถานวัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.64) เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านทาน เสียสละ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ (x̄ = 3.92) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านปิยวาจา พูดจา ใช้ถ้อยคำที่ไพเราะ (x̄ = 3.81) ด้านสมานัตตตา ความเสมอตนเสมอปลาย เป็นผู้มีความสม่ำเสมอ (x̄ = 3.64) และด้านอัตถจริยา บำเพ็ญประโยชน์ ช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น (x̄ = 3.19) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง สมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม ที่มีเพศ อายุอาชีพ รายได้ และประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการที่ต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ยกเว้นที่มีระดับการศึกษา ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการฌาปนสถานของเจ้าหน้าที่วัดในสองวิหาร อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ตามหลักพุทธธรรม จากการศึกษา พบว่า 1. นำระบบคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้เก็บข้อมูล 2. จัดให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยบริการเพื่อให้เกิดความรวดเร็ว 3. เพิ่มจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เพียงพอ 4. จัดให้มีบริการทางด้าน Call Center เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชน 5. จัดเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือให้คำแนะนำ ขั้นตอนพิธีต่างๆ ของทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน และบริการอื่น ๆ รวมทั้งระเบียบและข้อปฏิบัติอื่นๆ ของศาสนา 6. ควรให้ความรู้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่หรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องการติดต่อประสานงาน และการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 7. จัดให้มีจุดบริการข้อมูลแก่ประชาชน หรือสำนักงานฌานปนสถานของวัดประจำวัน

Abstract: This research paper had three objectives; to study people’s satisfaction towards crematorium services of temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles, to study people’s satisfaction separately towards crematorium services of temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles classified by independent variables, and to study suggestions about people’s satisfaction towards crematorium services of temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles. This research is quantitative, the researcher chose the sample group by using a simple random sampling technique from 306 people who came to join the cremation ceremony starting from the funeral until the cremation ceremony at the crematorium in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province, the research tool was a questionnaire, and the confidence coefficient was 0.9066. The research results revealed that the overall of people who came to join the cremation ceremony starting from the funeral until the cremation ceremony at the crematorium in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan province was at a high level (x̄ = 3.64), when considering in each aspect, it was found that the highest average was almsgiving, sacrifice, generosity (x̄ = 3.92), the secondary average was kindly speech, convincing speech (x̄ = 3.81), even and equal treatment, participation and behaving oneself properly in all circumstances (x̄ = 3.64), and useful conduct, rendering services circumstances (x̄ = 3.19) The comparative result of people’s satisfaction towards crematorium services of temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles with various gender, age, occupation, income, and service experiences. They were satisfied with the crematorium services of the temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles overall was not different, Therefore, the results were not following the assumptions except for those who have education level. Suggestions about people’s satisfaction towards crematorium services of temple staff in Nai Song Wihan temple, Muang District, Samut Prakan Province according to Buddhist principles, from the study found that 1. The temple should use a computer system to collect data 2. The temple should provide staff to serve to ensure speedy service 3. The temple should increase more staff sufficiently 4. The temple should provide a Call Center service to facilitate to the people 5. The temple should provide liaison staff to advise on the various Buddhist ceremonies related to organizing events and other services, including other religious regulations and practices 6. The temple should educate staff or those involved in coordinating and providing effective services 7. The temple should provide an information service point for the people or the temple crematorium office on a daily basis.
