A development of human resources affecting the performance efficiency of the personnel of Champasak vocational technical college in Laos people's democratic republic
Abstract:
The research aimed to explore the needs for the personnel development of Champasak vocational technical college in Laos PDR, and to study the human resources development that affected the performance efficiency of the personnel of the college in the study. The population used in the research was 113 personnel of Champasak vocational technical college. They were derived by a stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value equivalent to .97. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, a multiple regression analysis, t-test and F-test.
The research findings were as follows.
1. A human resources development in light of training, education, on-site study, job teaching, and job circulation could predict the performance efficiency of the college personnel by 69.4 (Rad) =.694). Education and job circulation were the factors that could affect the performance efficiency
with a statistical significance of .05 and .01 respectively. They could predict the performance efficiency of the personnel by 80% (Rady =.80). On-site learning, education and job circulation could affect the efficiency with a statistical significance of .05 and 01. On-site study and job circulation were the factors that could affect the performance efficiency at a statistical significance of .01. Expenses could predict the performance efficiency of the personnel in the study by 75 (R² =.755). Education and job circulation could affect the efficiency with a statistical significance of .05 and .01 respectively.
2. Considering the human resources development that could have an effect on the performance efficiency of the personnel of Champasak vocational technical college in Laos PDR, it was found that the subjects who were different in age held a different view on education at a statistical significance of .05.
