Abstract:
This research aims to develop an information system to support the organization of health promotion and relationship-building activities for personnel at the Institute of Computer and Information Technology, to improve operational efficiency and track participation in activities. The development of the "ICIT Health DEE Together" application enables participants to easily access personal information related to the activities and effectively monitor their participation. Additionally, it allows activity organizers to collect and summarize participation data quickly.
The research findings revealed that the usability of the "ICIT Health DEE Together" application, assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS), yielded an average score of 86.88 out of 100 from eight evaluators. This score indicates that the application is highly usable, and users are delighted with its performance. The application is convenient and easy to use, meeting users' needs effectively.
Moreover, the evaluation of user satisfaction with the "ICIT Health DEE Together" application shows that participants are most satisfied with the diversity of report formats (𝑥̅ = 4.78, S.D. = 0.43) followed by the ease of use (𝑥̅ = 4.74, S.D. = 0.46), and lastly, the suitability of screen design and display (𝑥̅ = 4.48, S.D. = 0.60). These results indicate that the application is well-designed and highly effective for use.
The analysis of these evaluation results demonstrates that the application has strong potential for practical use and can effectively meet user needs. Furthermore, these findings can guide future development and improvements to the application's features, providing users with an enhanced experience in health promotion and activity management.
