Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาการจำลองการอพยพหนีไฟของอาคารอพาร์ทเม้นท์ด้วยโปรแกรม Pathfinder อาคารที่พักอาศัยอพาร์เม้นท์ที่ทำการศึกษาเป็นอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ขนาด 11 ชั้น รวมชั้นใต้ดินและชั้นดาดฟ้า มีความสูงวัดจากระดับพื้นดิน 22.95 เมตร มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยรวม 9,780 ตารางเมตร ขนาดความกว้าง 34 เมตร ความยาว 36 เมตร มีทางออกสู่ภายนอกอาคารทั้งหมด 5 ทาง และบันไดหนีไฟ 2 บันได อยู่ภายใน 2 บันได Stair-1 อยู่ระหว่างชั้นที่ B4 ถึงชั้นที่ 6 , Stair-2 อยู่ระหว่างชั้นที่ B4 ถึงชั้นที่ 6 ตามมาตรฐาน NFPA 101, Life Safety Code 2015 มีจำนวนคนทั้งหมด 757 คน การจำลองการอพยพหนีไฟของอาคารอพาร์เม้นท์ด้วยโปรแกรม Pathfinder 2019 เพื่อหาเวลาในการอพยพหนีไฟในอาคาร การจำลองสถานการณ์มีทั้งหมด 8 สถานการณ์ การอพยพเหมือนกันแบบ Steering และการกำหนด Initial Delay ในแต่ละสถานการณ์ การอพยพหนีไฟก่อนมีการปรับปรุงการใช้เวลาอพยพหนีไฟเกินค่ากฏหมายกำหนด จึงมีการปรับปรุงเพิ่มประตูหนีไฟอีก 1 จุด บริเวณข้างบันไดหนีไฟ Stair-2 และเพิ่มทางผ่านหนีไฟ (Exit Passageway) ในการป้องกันควันไฟและความร้อนในขณะที่ผู้ใช้อาคารกำลังอพยพ ที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Stair-1 และStair-2 ไปยังทางออกที่ Exit-1 และ Exit-5 การอพยพหนีไฟในแต่ละสถานการณ์ลดลงและปลอดภัย สถานการณ์ที่ 1 ใช้เวลา 279 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 2 ใช้เวลา 265 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 3 ใช้เวลา 299 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 4 ใช้เวลา 279 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 5 ใช้เวลา 263 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 6 ใช้เวลา 263 วินาที สถานการณ์ที่ 7 ใช้เวลา 261 วินาที และสถานการณ์ที่ 8 ใช้เวลา 287 วินาที จะเห็นได้ว่าทุกสถานการณ์ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 300 วินาที ( 5 นาที) ซึ่งอยู่ในค่าตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด This research is to study fire evacuation simulation of apartment buildings with Pathfinder program. Residential buildings and apartments studied are 11-storey reinforced concrete buildings including basement and rooftop. It has a height of 25.70 meters from the ground level, with a total usable area of 9,789 square meters, width 34 meters, length 36 meters, with 5 exits to the outside of the building and 3 fire escape stairs inside, 2 external stairs, 1 Stair-1. Between floors B4 and 6, Stair-2 is between floors B4 and 6, Stair-3 is between floors 1 to level 6 according to NFPA 101, Life Safety Code 2015 has a total number of 757 people. Simulation of apartment building fire evacuation with the Pathfinder 2019 program to find the time to evacuate indoor fires. There are 8 simulations in total, the same evacuation scenario, the steering model, and the Initial Delay setting for each scenario. Before the fire evacuation, the use of evacuation time exceeds the legal limit. Therefore, there is an improvement of one fire exit door at the side of the Stair-2 fire escape and an additional fire exit (Exit Passageway) to prevent smoke and heat while the building users are evacuating. Connecting Stair-1 and Stair-2 to exits at Exit-1 and Exit-5, the evacuation of fire in each situation was reduced and safe, Scenario 1 took 279 seconds, Scenario 2 took 265 seconds. This takes 299 seconds, Scenario 4 lasts 279 seconds, Scenario 5 lasts 263 seconds, Scenario 7 lasts 261 seconds, and Scenario 8 lasts 287 seconds. 300 seconds (5 minutes) which is within the legal limit.
