Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to 1) compare the learning achievement in history subject of Prathomsuksa 5 students before and after learning by Community-Based Learning Management, and 2) compare the learning achievement in history subject of Prathomsuksa 5 students after learning by Community-Based Learning Management with the criteria of 70 percent of the total score. The sample was 20 Prathomsuksa 5 students at Wat Subannaram School, obtained by multi-stage random sampling. The study instruments were the lesson plans of by Community-Based Learning Management at the most appropriate level (𝑥̅ = 4.95, S.D. = 0.09) and the 30 items of history learning achievement test with the validity between 0.67 1.00, the difficulty between 0.23 0.77, the discrimination between 0.20 0.60 and the reliability at 0.83. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test for dependent samples and One sample t-test
The study findings were as follows:
1. Prathomsuksa 5 students who received Community-Based Learning Management had a mean score of History learning achievement before learning equal 11.60, a standard deviation equal 2.56 and a mean score of History learning achievement after learning equal 22.50, a standard deviation equal 2.80. It was found that the students History learning achievement after learning was higher than before learning, with a statistical significance at level .05
2. Prathomsuksa 5 students who received Community-Based Learning Management had a mean score of History learning achievement after learning equal 22.50, a standard deviation equal 2.80. It was discovered that History learning achievement after learning exceeded the criteria of 70% of the total score, with a statistical significance at level .05
