Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุข 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนตามทฤษฎีแอนดราโกจีสำหรับผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุข กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีของวิทยาลัยทองสุข ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง ชั้นปีที่ 4 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 150 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.5 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์การกำหนดขนาดประชากรให้มีความน่าเชื่อถือตามหลักการและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษานอกระบบที่จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือสำหรับการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเพื่อวัดระดับความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนของผู้เรียนระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาลัยทองสุข และแบบสัมภาษณ์ผเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน การวิเคราะห์ระดับความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุข ใช้ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแนวทางการส่งเสริมความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุขโดย ใช้ทฤษฎีแอนดราโกจี ใช้วิธีการเขียนบรรยายรายละเอียดเป็นรายประเด็น ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) ในภาพรวมผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุขมีระดับความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียนตามทฤษฎีแอนดราโกจีสำหรับผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยทองสุข ได้แก่ ผู้สอนควรสร้างบรรยากาศกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความเชื่อมั่นและมีความคิดริเริ่มมีการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้สัญญาการเรียนรู้ และสื่อสังคมเป็นเครื่องมือ รวมถึงใช้กิจกรรมโครงงานเพื่อสร้างความท้าทาย ในการประเมินผลควรประเมินตามสภาพจริง และบทบาทที่สำคัญของผู้สอนจะต้องเป็นผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการเรียนรู้ ผู้สร้างสรรค์บรรยากาศแห่งความสุข ผู้คอยกระตุ้น และเป็นผู้คอยแนะนำ แนวทางการเรียนรู้ รวมถึงแหล่งการเรียนรู้ให้กับผู้เรียน The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of inquiry learning among students at Thongsook College, 2) to propose the guidelines to promote the learning according to Andragogy Theory for students of Thongsook College. The target group consisted of 150 undergraduate students of Thongsook College who enrolled in year 1-year 4, accounting for 62.5 percent, which met the inclusion criteria for determining the population size. Data were also collected from 5 experts in non-formal education. A questionnaire was used as a research tool to measure the level of inquiry learning among undergraduate students of Thongsook College. An interview form was used to study inquiry learning promoting guidelines. The analysis of the student's level of inquiry learning at Thongsook College was conducted using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inquiry learning promoting guidelines according to Andragogy Theory were proposed using written description of each issue. The results of this research indicated that 1) Overall inquiry learning among students at Thongsook College was at a high level, 2) The guidelines to promote the learning according to Andragogy Theory for students of Thongsook College include that positive atmosphere should be created by instructors to build confidence and initiative among students. Learning is organized using a learning contract while social media should be applied as instructional medium including using project activities to create challenges. The evaluation should be conducted reflecting actual conditions. Instructors should play an important role as facilitator of learning, creator of happy atmosphere, stimulator, and advisor to suggest learning practices and resources for students.
