Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) study the level of factors affecting to the system of caring management for students: 2) to study the level of the system of caring management for students: 3) to study the relationship between the factors affecting students care and support the system, and 4) to devise the forecast equation of factors affecting to the system of caring management students.The sample consisted of 254 administrators and teachers obtained by using Krejcie & Morgan table and Multi-stage Sampling. The research tools were 1) a questionnaire regarding advisor, administrators, teachers, provide knowledge, parents and community, budget, every committee or working group, media and technology, there is a consistency index value 0.67  1.00 with the reliability rating of 0.92, 0.85, 0.81, 0.81, 0.80, 0.80, 0.79 and 0.79, respectively, and 2) a questionnaire regarding the operation of the student care and support system with a reliability of 0.99. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follow:
1. The factors affecting to the system of caring management for students in overall was overall at high level (x = 4.25, S.D. = 0.62) when considering by side, foundthat the highest was the budget factor at the highest level (x = 4.51, S.D. = 0.61). The secondary was the media and technology at the high level (x = 4.27, S.D. = 0.57) and the lowest was the training to provide knowledge factor at the high level (x = 4.15, S.D. = 0.63).
2. The level of Implementation of student caring system of was overall at high level (x = 4.34, S.D. = 0.67) when considering by side, found that the highest was the mean is knowing students individually at the highest level (x = 4.53, S.D. = 0.60). The secondary was the screening students at the high level (x = 4.31, S.D. = 0.64) and the lowest was the forwarding at the high level (x = 4.27, S.D. = 0.74).
3. The relationship between the factors affecting to the system of caring management for students were overall there was a overall at moderate level (rxy = 0.69) with statistically significance at the .01 level.
4. The factors in the media and technology (X8), the budget (X7), and the teacher (X2) affecting implementation of student caring with statistically significance at the .01 level. The predicted factors those affected the implementation of student caring was 68% accurate. Furthermore, the equation prediction were as follow:
