Abstract: การประเมินโครงการสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมและความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพ ทั้งกระบวนการก่อนการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา และหลังการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้น และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา และ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย คณบดีคณะวิชาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการสหกิจ ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ/อาจารย์นิเทศก์ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคล/ผู้นิเทศงาน และนักศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการประเมินพบว่า ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมและความเหมาะสมของการดำเนินงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพในกระบวนการก่อนการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา ส่วนของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมีการดำเนินงานผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน แต่พบว่าส่วนของสถานประกอบการมีการดำเนินงานผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินใน 3 ประเด็น และไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน 3 ประเด็น กระบวนการระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมีการดำเนินงานผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกประเด็น ส่วนของสถานประกอบการพบว่ามีการดำเนินงานได้เหมาะสม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกประเด็น กระบวนการหลังการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพมีการดำเนินงานผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินในทุกประเด็น ส่วนของสถานประกอบการพบว่ามีการดำเนินงานได้เหมาะสม ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินในประเด็นการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษา ส่วนประเด็นที่ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินคือการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและการสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน ผลการประเมินผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินงานโครงการสหกิจศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยกรุงเทพตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ ซึ่งโครงการช่วยส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ภาคทฤษฎีสู่การปฏิบัติจริง ผลการประเมินพบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน โครงการช่วยสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่สถานประกอบการ ผลการประเมินพบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน โครงการช่วยสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพระหว่างสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ ผลการประเมินพบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน An Evaluation of Cooperative Education Project, Bangkok University aimed to 1) evaluate the preparation and appropriateness of the project operations before, during and after the students’ working at the workplaces as well as problems, obstacles and guidelines for solutions and 2) to evaluate the outcomes of the project according to the project objectives. The respondents consisted of deans of the participated departments, responsible project coordinators/course advisors, HR staff/ job supervisors and students. The instruments included interview forms and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using frequency, percentage and content analysis. The results of the evaluation showed that on the university’s part, the preparation and appropriateness of the project operations before students’ working at the workplace passed the evaluation criteria. However, on the collaborating organizations’ parts, the project operations passed the evaluation criteria in 3 aspects and didn’t pass the criteria in 3 aspects. As for the operations during the students’ working, the university’s operations passed the criteria in all aspects. In terms of the collaborating organizations, it was revealed that the operations were performed appropriately and passed the criteria in all aspects. Regarding the process after the students’ job completion at the assigned workplaces, Bangkok University’s operations passed the criteria in all aspects. The collaborating organizations also performed the operations appropriately and passed the criteria in regard to students’ evaluations of their work assignments, but didn’t pass the criteria concerning data collection and summarizing the results of the project operations. The results of the project evaluation according to the project objectives passed the following criteria: The project promoted the students’ potentials to apply theoretical knowledge hand-on practice, provided the collaborating organizations satisfaction and encouraged collaboration between academic and industry sectors.
