Abstract: งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ และ สังคมของเกษตรกร 2) ความรู้ และการปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์ และ 4) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และ ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการผลิตกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการหลวงตีนตก อำเภอแม่ออน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคือ เกษตรกรที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการหลวงตีนตก อำเภอแม่ออน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 173 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนา ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบียนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์พหุถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ คัดเลือกเข้าผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 56 ปี อยู่ในสถานภาพ สมรส ส่วนใหญ่ไม่จบประถมศึกษาหรือไม่ได้เรียน มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4 คน จำนวนแรงงานในการทำเกษตรกรรมต่อครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2 คน รายได้ทั้งหมดเฉลี่ย 32,979.76 บาทต่อเดือนหนี้สินเฉลี่ย 28,728.32 บาท มีพื้นที่ทำการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 14 ไร่ต่อครัวเรือน มีประสบการณ์ปลูกกาแฟเฉลีย 18 ปี มีประสบการณ์ในการทำเกษตรอินทรีย์เฉลี่ย 9 ปี มีการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 1 ครั้งต่อปี เข้าฝึกอบรมหรือศึกษาดูงานด้านการเกษตรเฉลี่ย 2 ครั้งต่อปี ได้รับ ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์เฉลี่ย 5 ครั้งต่อเดือน มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยที่การปฏิบัติด้านแหล่งน้ำมีค่าสูงสุด สำหรับปัจจัย ที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในทางบวกทั้งหมดได้แก่ การติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร และ การรับรู้ข่าวสารในการปลูกกาแฟอินทรีย์ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติการปลูกกาแฟในระบบอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่ศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการหลวงตีนตก อำเภอ แม่ออน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ที่สำคัญได้แก่ การขาดแคลนน้ำและแหล่งกักเก็บน้ำโดยเฉพาะในฤดูแล้ง ขาดแคลนแรงงานในบางช่วง การประสบปัญหาที่มาจากภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติ โดยเฉพาะภัยแล้ง การระบาดของโรคและแมลงศัตรูพืช ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับราคาผลผลิตตกต่ำ ประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายหรือตลาดรับซื้อสินค้า ขาดองค์ความรู้ทางด้าน วิทยาการในการทำเกษตรสมัยใหม่ และเกษตกรมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าหน่วยงานภาครัฐควรหาแหล่งเก็บ กักน้ำไว้ใช้ประโยชน์ สนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในการผลิต ให้ความรู้เกี่บวกับการ ป้องกันกำจัดโรค และแมลง และการจัดหาตลาดให้กว้างมากขึ้น

Abstract: The objectives of this research were 1) to study basic personal, economic, and social characteristics of farmers growing organic coffee in the area Teentok Royal project foundation Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. 2) to study coffee cultivation practices In the organic system of farmers who grow organic coffee in the local area Teentok Royal project foundation Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. 3) To study the factors affecting the practice of growing coffee in the organic system of farmers in the area Teentok Royal project foundation Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. 4) To study problems and obstacles recommendations on coffee production practices in the system organic farmer of Teentok Royal project foundation Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. The sample group used in the research were farmers in the area Teentok Royal project foundation, Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province total of 173 people Collect data using questionnaires. The Statistics used in this research were descriptive statistics which consists of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics such as selective multiple regression analysis.32,979.76 Baht per month. Average debt 28,728.32 Baht. There is an agricultural area. Approximately 14 plantations per household. experience growing coffee is 18 years. Average experience in organic farming 9 years. There is an average of one contact with agricultural extension officers per year. Attend an average of 2 agricultural training or study visits per year. Receives about 5 information about organic coffee growing on average per month. Knowledge of coffee growing practices in organic systems was at a moderate level. The Organic coffee cultivation practice of organic coffee farmers In the joint picture is at a moderate level, the water source practice is highest. All factors affecting organic coffee cultivation practices were statistically positive. Including, contacting the promotion officer. Awareness of the news about growing organic coffee. Problems in the practice of growing coffee in the organic system of farmers in the area Teentok Royal project foundation Mae On District, Chiang Mai Province. Important include Water scarcity and water storage, especially in the dry season. There was a shortage of labor at some point. Experiencing problems arising from natural disasters, especially. the drought outbreaks of disease and pests, Problems with falling product prices facing problems with distribution channels or the receiving market, lack of knowledge in modern farming science.
