Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the effect of organizational culture on work
efficiency of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan support staff. The sample group was
242 support staff Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. A questionnaire was used tool to
collect data. Using descriptive statistics data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean,
standard deviation. Using inferential statistics to test hypotheses by multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that the effect of organizational culture on work efficiency
of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan support staff. The most is organizational culture
withconstructive, followed byorganizational culture with aggressive/defensive and organizational
culture with passive/defensive, respectively. Hypothesis testing found that organizational culture
with constructive, organizational culture with passive/defensive and organizational culture with
aggressive/defensive it has a positive impact on the work efficiency of Rajamangala University of
Technology Isan support staff. With statistical significance at the 0.01 level. All 3 aspects of
organizational culture are variables that together on the work efficiency by 56.60 percent
(AdjR2 = 0.566).
