A study of the compensation satisfaction of salepersons in Chain Home Real Estate Company
Abstract:
With the development of the times and the rapid progress of Chinas urban and rural integration construction, the state and the market demand for real estate standards are getting higher and higher. Based on the equity theory, this study put forward the following research objectives. 1) To analyze the factors influencing the compensation satisfaction of salespersons in Chain Home Real Estate Company; 2) To propose strategies for enhancing the compensation satisfaction of salespersons in Chain Home Real Estate Company.
By using the quantitative analysis method, based on the equity theory, this study took the sales personnel of Chain Home Real Estate Company as the research subjects. The data of the compensation of salespersons were obtained through the questionnaire survey, and a total of 354 valid questionnaires were obtained.
This study found that: 1) The pay level, salary component, salary system, and form of compensation affect the compensation satisfaction of salespersons in Chain Home Real Estate Company. 2) Providing internally fair and externally competitive salaries, designing a reasonable salary structure, and establishing a perfect salary management system can improve the level of salespersons compensation satisfaction. The conclusions drawn and countermeasures proposed in this study are conducive to the improvement and refinement of Chain Home Real Estate Company salepersons compensation management system, and to the enhancement of the companys grass-roots employees motivation and cohesion.
