The Administration Based on the Four Sublime States of Mind of Educational Institution Administrators under the Office of NonFormal and Informal Education in Roi Et Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the teachers opinions toward the administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind of the administrators in the schools under the Roi Et Informal and Non-Formal Education Office, 2) to compare the teachers opinions in mention classified by gender, age, education and working experiences and 3) to compile the related recommendations as suggested by the teachers in the said schools. The samples consisted of 190 teachers, the size of which was designed under the Krejcie and Morgan. The tool used in data collec-tion was the five-rating scale questionnaire, with its reliability value at 0.95. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA The research results were found as follows: 1) The administration based on the Four Sublime States of Mind of the school administrators under the Roi Et Informal and Non-Formal Education Office according to the teachers opinions was, in an overall aspect, found to stand at the highest level, with the aspect that showed the highest average was the director group, followed by the network and special activity group, and the informal and non-formal education group, respectively. 2) The comparison of the teachers opinions relevant to the so-said adminis-tration of the school administrators as mentioned, classified by sex, age, education, and working experience, was found to show no statistically significant difference. 3) The recommendations as suggested by the respondents comprised the following: 1. Continuous development of personnel. 2. Promotion of further education among the staff members. 3. Regular organization of seminars, observation trips and exchange of working experience. 4. Taking it as top priority to recruit provisional employments. 5. Arrangement of welfare programs. 6. Enhancement of the commu-nities and network partners to play a role in promoting and supporting the operation of informal and non-formal education. 7. Cooperation with network partners to drive community learning activities in order to strengthen relationships and increase efficiency in working together in various forms.
