Abstract:
The objectives of this research are to study 1) to study the opinions of people in
Chonburi Province. on the impact of the project to build a high-speed rail linking 3 airports in the Eastern Special Economic Development Zone. 2) To present guidelines for developing a highspeed rail project connecting 3 airports in the Eastern Special Economic Development Zone. To be more appropriate. Using quantitative methods, data were collected using questionnaires. The population in the study was 400 general people in the area. Quantitative data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation, and T-Test statistics for the characteristics of farmers divided into 2 groups and ANOVA statistics for the characteristics of the general public. In areas that can be divided into 3 or more groups at the statistical significance level.05 or 95% confidence.
The results of the study found that the level of public opinion in Chonburi Province
that has an impact on the project to build a high-speed train connecting 3 airports in the Eastern Special Economic Development Zone is at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in 4 areas: environment, economy, culture and way of life, and society. Economic aspect: Overall, the factors affecting the impact are at a high level. The item with the highest average value is that it affects occupations, followed by creating a large increase in employment, followed by land prices
increasing, followed by the economic expansion. With the coming prosperity causing foreign workers to flow into the area to work causing competition for work and the item with the least average value is that when construction is completed it will cause the tourism sector in the area to grow. Culture and way of life Overall, the factors affecting the impact are at a high level. The item with the highest average value was how much it would affect the safety of travelling, followed by that it would reduce the impact on social gatherings between neighbors in the community, followed by that it would cause expansion. of the urban community is increasing This causes the agricultural area to decrease. Social aspect: Overall, the factors affecting the impact are at a high level.
