Abstract:
The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to examine the components
of the digital management ecosystem for administrators of basic education
institutions; 2) to develop the digital management ecosystem for administrators of
basic education institutions; and 3) to evaluate the digital management ecosystem
for administrators of basic education institutions. The sample consisted of 20 experts
in examining system components, nine connoisseurs responsible for system testing,
and 80 system evaluators who were administrators in basic education institutions in
Surat Thani Province. The research instruments included a questionnaire about the
system components with an index of item-objective congruence (IOC) of 0.67 to 1.00,
records of connoisseurship, and evaluation forms assessing system suitability and
feasibility with an IOC index of 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability index of 0.98. The data
were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and
content analysis.
The results showed that 1) the components of the digital management
ecosystem for administrators of basic education institutions consisted of five main
components and 17 sub-components; 2) the development outcome of the digital
management ecosystem for administrators of basic education institutions found that
the system comprised five main components, 17 sub-components, and 71 indicators;
and 3) the evaluation outcome of the digital management ecosystem for
administrators of basic education institutions demonstrated a high level of
appropriateness and feasibility for the developed system.
