Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting educational quality
of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was
313 teachers in schools by the multi-stage sampling. The instrument was 5-rating scale
questionnaires. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean Standard Deviation, and
multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research found that
1. Factors affecting educational quality of schools under Pathumthani Primary
Educational Service Area Office 1 were at a high level in all aspects, as follows: teacher,
school administrators, and relations and cooperation with communities.
2. Educational quality of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service
Area Office 1 were at a high level in all aspects, as follows: desirable characteristics of
learners, management and work skills, self learning, and learning achievement, respectively.
3. The administrative factors of schools that affect the quality of education of
schools under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are the
school administrators, the relationship and cooperation with the community, and the
teachers, which are statistically significant at .05 level.
