Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study the satisfaction of beauty clinic users in Bangkok,
and 2) compare the satisfaction of beauty clinic services in Bangkok classified by personal
factors. This is a quantitative research. The population used convenient random sampling
method and a link was sent to the sample group by scanning a QR Code. The sample group
included 400 people. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the study found that
1. Satisfaction in using beauty clinic services in Bangkok is at a high level in all
aspects, with the quality of products/services that customers received having the highest
average value, followed by customer loyalty, and the aspect with the lowest average value is
customer complaints.
2. Satisfaction in using beauty clinic services in Bangkok when classified by
personal factors, including gender, age, occupation, education level, and monthly income
found that different age and monthly income have a statistically significant effect on
satisfaction in using beauty clinic services in Bangkok at a level of .05.
