Abstract:
This independent study aims to (1) enhance the market contribution, brand image, trust, and loyalty of consumers in Liuzhou City in purchasing electric vehicles. Guangxi Province and (2) studied the marketing mix, brand image, and trust that affect consumer loyalty in purchasing electric vehicles in Liuzhou City. For example, 384 people in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province have registered for electric vehicles using an online questionnaire. Use descriptive statistical data, including percentages, means, standard deviations, and multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis), Enter type.
The results of the study found that (1) consumers give the highest level of importance to the marketing mix. Especially in terms of the quality of electric cars that are suitable for the price. and consumers place a high level of importance on brand image and trust. It is important to recognize that electric cars are efficient and trust in the use of electric cars in not causing disruption to daily life, and (2) the marketing mix. brand image and trust affect consumers' loyalty in purchasing electric vehicles in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province has statistical significance at the 0.01 level, which recommendations obtained from the study found that Entrepreneurs should pay attention to product quality that is appropriate to the price so that consumers can get value for money and get the most out of electric cars according to their own expectations.
