Abstract:
In the dynamic landscape of education, the integration of online
platforms for high-stakes assessments has become pivotal. Fueled
by technological advancements, educational institutions now transcend
traditional boundaries of time and space in standardized
testing. This paper explores the transformative impact of the Massive
Online Testing Framework (MOTF) through an in-depth case
study of its deployment in a national testing scenario. By seamlessly
integrating Computer-Based Examination (CBE) modes for
thousands of examinees, coupled with stringent security protocols
and real-time monitoring systems, the MOTF demonstrates its robustness
and scalability. This study not only presents the successful
application of MOTF in the Thai National Test but also provides a
blueprint for future innovations, emphasizing the fusion of traditional
methodologies with cutting-edge technology in high-stakes
assessments.
