Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to valuation of Job Motivation Achievement of Employees at S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited The sample was collected from a total of 224 employees, including 178 construction site workers and 46 office support staff. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire based on Herzberg's Motivation-Hygiene Theory, and the analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The statistics used include frequency, percentage, and mean. The study found that most respondents were male, aged 27-42 years, with an education level of high school or equivalent, married, holding the position of machine operator, with less than 5 years of work experience in the company, and an average monthly family income ranging from 10,001-20,000. The respondents expressed a high level of satisfaction with the overall work motivation measures, which can be categorized into high satisfaction levels for motivation factors and moderate satisfaction levels for hygiene factors in terms of compensation. Other areas also showed high satisfaction levels, indicating the effectiveness of the work motivation measures for the employees of S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited Employees are satisfied with the measures that S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited has implemented. When ranking the satisfaction with the motivation measures that the company has implemented based on sub-factors, employees of S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited are more satisfied with the hygiene factors than the motivation factors. And when studying the importance of the motivation measures in the workplace to further develop motivation for the employees of S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited it was found that the respondents rated the overall importance of the motivation measures in the workplace as high. This can be divided into high importance for the motivation factors and high importance for the hygiene factors. This indicates that in order to further develop employee motivation, S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited has given equal importance to various aspects. When ranking the importance of motivation measures that the company expects to implement based on sub-factors, employees of S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited are more satisfied with the support factors than the motivational factors. This is consistent with the satisfaction towards the motivation measures that the company has already implemented. When considering personal factors such as age, job position, and length of service, which are the main factors related to S.Tengtrirat (Nan) Company Limited the average scores in the top five rankings show that respondents rated their satisfaction with support factors higher than motivational factors. Similarly, when considering the importance of motivation measures classified by personal factors in each age group, job position, and length of service in the company, the importance of support factors is higher than that of motivational factors.
