Abstract: งานวิจัยเรื่อง “การพัฒนาระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนิสิตคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนิสิตคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อประเมินคุณภาพระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนิสิตคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มเป้าหมายในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ จำนวน 5 คน และนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X=4.87,S.D.=0.28) 2) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยนิสิต มีความสอดคล้องโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X =4.07,S.D.=0.71) จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ พบประเด็นที่สำคัญที่จะช่วยให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานระบบดังนี้ ระบบมีขั้นตอนและเนื้อหา และองค์ประกอบการออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครบถ้วนและชัดเจนมีขั้นตอนส่งเสริมให้เกิดความเข้าใจในการบวนการออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ การกำหนดรูปแบบของผู้เข้าใช้งาน โดยกรอกข้อมูลเหมาะสม นอกจากนั้นการออกแบบระบบเหมาะสมกับผู้ใช้งานที่มีความหลากหลายช่วยลดขั้นตอน ระยะเวลาการจัดทำเอกสารระบบมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลเหมาะสม และการออกแบบให้ใช้งานง่าย ไม่ซับซ้อน จนถึงสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างทันท่วงทีตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน

Abstract: The objectives of this research, System Development for Preparing Professional Training and Co-operative Education of the School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao, were (1) to study developing a system for preparing School of Liberal Arts, University of Phayao students for professional training and cooperative education and (2) to assess the mentioned system. The samples of this study were 5 specialists in the system development field as well as 30 professional training and cooperative education students who studied in the fourth year. The research instrument was an assessment form. The data were analyzed to find percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings showed 1) The result of the system assessment taken by the specialists overall was at the highest level (X = 4 .8 7, S.D.=0 .2 8). 2) The assessment taken by students gave the overall result at a high level and showed consistency (X =4.07, S.D.=0.71). This study showed the important aspects, i.e., the system completely provided the method, contents, and complements of professional training information, there were the obvious procedures that supported the users to understand the professional training method, and the format of filling out user information to log in was set suitably. Furthermore, the system was designed and created appropriately for the user in various fields and helped to reduce the work process and time spent on documentation. The system was created for uncomplicated and easy use that supported the users in data exportation as required.
