Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of the factors of the success of the administrator under Nan Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, 2) the level of success of the administrator under Nan Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, 3) the relationship between the factors of the success of the administrator under Nan Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement, and 4) to design the equations for predicting the success of the administrator under Nan Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement. The samples of this research were the administrator, teachers and educational staff under Nan Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement 175 samples in total. Selected by using finished table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan to find the Stratified Random Sampling and proportion of sample from each educational institute and then do the specific sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaires, the statistics of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, average (mean), standard deviation, Pearson's coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation. The results of research finds that 1) the factors of the success of the administrator is in good level 2) the level of success of the administrator is in good level 3) the positive relationship between the factors of the success of the administrator is at .01 4) 3 factors are able to predict the success of the administrator are a factor of strategy, factor of leadership and factor of technology shows the statistic at . 01. This is able to predict the success of 62.08%. The predict equations are as follows: The Unstandardized Score form (equation) is Y^ = .469 + .498X7 + .249X5 + .148X3 and the Standard Score form (equation) is Z^y = .520ZX7 + .296ZX5 + .162X3
