Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 2) ความเป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำนวน 242 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และทำการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความเป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 โดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 ทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความเป็นนวัตกรทางการศึกษาของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) to study the teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) to study the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1. The 242 samples were selected by using a completed table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan, to find the Stratified Random Sampling and the proportion of the samples. The tools used in this research were 5 levels of questionnaires. The statistics of data analysis consists of percentage, average (mean), standard deviation and Pearson's “Coefficient Analysis”. The results of the research find that 1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, is at a good level, 2) Overall, the levels of teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, are satisfactory, and 3) The positive relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1, is at .01
