The Relationship between Innovative Leadership of School Administrators and Teachers Educational Practices Under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) to study the teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) to study the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1. The 242 samples were selected by using a completed table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan, to find the Stratified Random Sampling and the proportion of the samples. The tools used in this research were 5 levels of questionnaires. The statistics of data analysis consists of percentage, average (mean), standard deviation and Pearson's Coefficient Analysis. The results of the research find that 1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, is at a good level, 2) Overall, the levels of teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, are satisfactory, and 3) The positive relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers' educational practices under Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1, is at .01
