Abstract:
The objectives of this study are to investigate: 1) the digital leadership proficiency of educational institution administrators within Area 1 of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) the efficacy level of educational institutions in Area1 under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office, 3) how digital leadership affects institutional effectiveness of the educational institutions in Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, and 4) to develop a predictive equation for digital leadership's impact on institutional effectiveness. The sample group comprised of 333 teachers was determined using Taro Yamane's ready-made table through a multi-step random sampling process. A questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale was used as the research instrument, while statistical analyses included percentage distributions, means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicate that 1) school administrators under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Education Service Area Office, Area 1 have high levels of digital leadership in various aspects. The average values from highest to lowest are promotion and support, digital vision, seeking knowledge, digital culture, digital communication and digital literacy. 2) The effectiveness of Educational Institutions in Area 1 of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The average values of effectiveness level overall and in every aspect are very high, from highest to lowest were as follows: job satisfaction of teachers and personnel, student characteristics and student academic achievement. 3) Digital leadership affecting the effectiveness of educational institutions under Nan Primary Education Service Area Office, Area 1 consists of seeking knowledge, promotion together with support, and digital literacy all of which can predict the effectiveness of educational institutions statistically significant at .01 level which can be as an equation forecasting the effectiveness of the educational institution in the form of raw scores and the equation in standard form.
