The path analysis of factors affecting employee loyalty in the rolling stock maintenance company

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting employee loyalty in the rolling Stock Maintenance Company. Data were collected from 118 respondents by using simple random sampling. The results show that the employee's motivating factor was at a high level (x̄=3.84), human resource management was at a high level (x̄=3.79), employee satisfaction was at a high level (x̄=3.79), and employee loyalty was at a high level (x̄ =3.87).Hypothesis test results showed that the motivating factors could affect the employee satisfaction and employee loyalty in the Rolling Stock Maintenance Company at statistically significant level of 0.01. In addition, employee satisfaction could affect the employee loyalty in the Rolling Stock Maintenance Company at statistically significant level of 0.05. Human resource management could not affect the satisfaction of employees and employee loyalty in the Rolling Stock Maintenance Company at statistically significant level of 0.05.
