Study of Learning Outcomes Needs and Guidelines for Student Development According to Learning Outcomes at The Graduate Program in Educational Administration School of Education University of Phayao
Abstract:
Research on the study of needs and guidelines for student development according to learning outcomes of the graduate program in educational administration, School of Education, University of Phayao. The objectives are 1) to assess the needs of the learning outcomes of the graduate program, School of Education, University of Phayao and 2) to study guidelines for student development according to learning outcomes of the graduate program, School of Education, University of Phayao The sample group was used to assess the needs learning outcomes of Master's degree program in educational administration, 196 people, and doctoral program in educational administration, 47 people. Questionnaires were used for collecting data and analyzed by using mean, standard deviation and the priority needs index (PNImodified). A group of informants in the study of student development guidelines according to the learning outcomes of the master program in educational administration, 10 people, and doctoral program, 12 people. The tools used were a focus group discussion form. The data were analyzed by content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) the master program in educational administration, there was a need for knowledge, ranked first, followed by skills, personal characteristics, and ethics, as for the results of the needs assessment of the learning outcomes of the doctoral program, found that there was a need for knowledge, ranked first, followed by skills, personal characteristics, and ethics. 2) Guidelines for student development according to learning outcomes in 4 areas: knowledge, skills, ethics, and character, there were teaching, learning, measurement and evaluation
