Abstract:
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the level of school administratorss innovative leadership; 2 ) study the level of schools innovative organization; and 3) analyze school administratorss innovative leadership affecting schools innovative
organization. The sample was 270 teachers in the schools under the Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by district. The instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the level of school administratorss innovative leadership was at a high level. The aspects were alignment, policy formulation the education quality development, educational innovation culture, organization environment
and climates for educational innovation, educational innovation learning, and Educational innovation goal and indicator, respectively.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the level of schools innovative organization was at a high level. The aspects were alignment, teamwork, organizational structure, eadership, organizational culture, human resource management, strategic management,
organizational climate, and knowledge management, respectively.
3. The school administratorss innovative leadership in the aspects of educational innovation culture (X4) educational innovation learning (X5) and Policy formulation the education quality development (X1 ) together predicted the schools innovative organization (Ŷ tot) at the percentage of 64.30 with statistical significance level of .05. The regression equation was:
Ŷ tot = 0.30 + 0.44 (X4) + 0.32 (X5) + 0.16 (X1)
