Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้โปรแกรม G*Power 3.1 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วนของขนาดแต่ละโรงเรียน คือ ข้าราชการครูปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ .973 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู เท่ากับ .943 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์การ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ 2) ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านคุณภาพของงาน ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านเวลา และด้านปริมาณงาน ตามลำดับ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ ทั้งภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (rxy=.739) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: This research aimed to 1) study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan, 2) study the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan, and 3) study the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan. The samples were 148 school teachers in academic year 2024 by using the G*Power version 3.1. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with a reliability of the strategic leadership of school administrators was .973. The teacher's work performance efficiency was .943. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research found that 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan both overall and each aspect was at a high level: vision setting, human resource development, creating organizational culture, teamwork, and communication respectively. 2) The teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan overall and each aspect was at a high level: quality, method, cost, and time and quantity respectively. 3) Relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan overall had a positive correlation with high level (rxy=.739) with a statistical significance at the .01 level
