Relationship between Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and The Teacher's Work Performance Efficiency under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan
Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan, 2) study the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan, and 3) study the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan. The samples were 148 school teachers in academic year 2024 by using the G*Power version 3.1. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with a reliability of the strategic leadership of school administrators was .973. The teacher's work performance efficiency was .943. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons Correlation Coefficient. The results of the research found that 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan both overall and each aspect was at a high level: vision setting, human resource development, creating organizational culture, teamwork, and communication respectively. 2) The teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan overall and each aspect was at a high level: quality, method, cost, and time and quantity respectively. 3) Relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and the teacher's work performance efficiency under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Samut Prakan overall had a positive correlation with high level (rxy=.739) with a statistical significance at the .01 level
