Abstract:
The objectives of this project evaluation were to 1) evaluate the project implementation process, 2) evaluate the project outcomes, and 3) evaluate the achievement of the objectives of the community vocational training center project. Evaluation Model were mixed among with Stufflebeams CIPP model, Tylers Model, and Stakes Model. The informants were the school administrator, teachers, students, lecturers, and project responsible, totaling 144 people. Data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire, a work performance skill test, an attitude scale, an achievement test, and an Interview form. Data was analyzed by basic statistics and Paired-Sample t-test. The project evaluation revealed that 1) The implementation process of the community vocational training center at the Yarang District Learning Encouragement Center, including context, input, process, and product, was highly appropriate. 2) The project outcomes were highly appropriate. 3) The project achieved its objectives to a high degree, with all aspects met the criteria
