Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study school administrators administrative skills in the 21st Century as perceived by teachers in schools in Don Tum District under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) To compare school administrators administrative skills in the 21st century in schools in Don Tum District under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as perceived by teachers classified by levels of education, Work experiences and schools size. The sample group were 185 school teachers in Don Tum District. Under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research tool was 5 rating scale questionnaires which validity = .67 and reliability = .92. The Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One way ANOVA and testing for pairwise differences by Schaeffers method. The research results were as follows: 1) The school administrators administrative skills in the 21 Century as perceived by teachers in schools in Don Tum District Under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, was at a high level in overall and each aspect. In orderly from highest to lowest mean were: Educational Organization Management skills, Human Skills, Technological and Digital Literacy Skills, Critical and Creative Thinking Skills and Leadership Skills, respectively. 2) The comparison of the school administrators administrative skills as perceived by school teachers classified by levels of education, work experiences and schools size, in overall and each aspect, were significantly different at .05 level.
