Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to 1) study the participation of educational institutions in the project, 1 college, 1 innovative community, School of Education, Palau University. 2) Study the effectiveness of project management. 1 College 1 Innovation Community, Faculty of Education, Phayao University 3) Find out the relationship between school participation and project management efficiency. 1 College 1 Innovative community education College Phayao undergraduate: 101 people conducted research using stratified sampling methods and research tools. Estimated scale questionnaire Pearson's analysis of mean, standard deviation, and simple correlation indicates that, 1) School Participation Project 1 College 1 Innovative community education College Phayao University Overall, educators have a high level of participation in all aspects. From various perspectives, it has been found that the highest average level of participation among personnel in educational institutions is in receiving benefits. The second is to participate in operations, the second is to participate in evaluations, and the smallest is to participate in decision-making.
