The instrument used for data collection was a set of five rating scale questionnaires. The statistics utilized in analyzing the collected data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation by analyzing the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis (stepwise regression). The results of the research revealed that: 1) Factors relating to the success of dual education management in the senior high schools under the secondary educational area office Bangkok 2 consisted of internal factors containing participation in education management, vocational training, learner development, organization of structure administration, academic administration, and personnel management, and external factors containing economic conditions and job opportunities, and family condition. 2) The internal factors consisting of organization of structure administration, academic administration, personnel management, vocational training , learner development , and participation in education management and the external factors consisting of economic conditions and job opportunities , as well as family condition were positively correlated with the success of dual education management at .01 statistical significance. 3) The internal factors consisting of organization of structure administration , academic administration , personnel management , and participation in education management and the external factors containing economic conditions and job opportunities were the factors influencing and jointly predicting the success of dual education management at 92.80%.They could be written in the form of the raw score equation and the standard equation, respectively: Y^=2.633+0.513(X1)- 0.444(X6)+0.402(X7)+0.208(X3)-0.212(X2) and Z^=0.951(X1)-0.634(X6)+0.448(X7)- 0.307(X2)+0.417(X3).
