Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to educate and compare the 21 centuryst administrative skill of school administrators according to the opinions of public-school teachers under Phayao primary educational service area office 1, classified by educational qualification and working experience. The samples were 242 teachers under Phayao primary educational service area office 1. The research instruments were questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, One way ANOVA and Scheffe matched pair comparison. The results showed that: The 21 centuryst administrative skill of school administrators according to the opinions of public-school teachers under Phayao primary educational service area office 1 overall was rated the average scores at high level. The highest average was problem-solving skills. The comparison of the 21 centuryst administrative skill of school administrators according to the opinions of public-school teachers under Phayao primary educational service area office 1 showed that samples with different educational qualifications and working experience were not different.
