Abstract:
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study academic administration using the CR2ACTS Model of educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Primary educational service area office 2, and 2) to check the recommendations of academic administration using the CR2ACTS Model of educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Primary educational service area office 2. The sample group includes 320 directors and teachers in educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Primary educational service area office 2. The tools used in this research were questionnaires with a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire and statistics used to analyze the data, including percentage statistics, frequency, averages, and standard deviations. The results of the research find that 1) Academic administration using the CR2ACTS Model of educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Primary educational service area office 2, overall, each aspect was at a high level, when considering each side, The side with the highest mean was achievement, followed by spirit, Thai literacy, and the lowest average communication (English focus) 2) Recommendations for academic administration using the CR2ACTS Model of educational institutions under the Chiang Rai Primary educational service area office 2, it was found that in terms of achieving achievement, teaching, and learning should be conducted that promote reading ability. Communication (English Focus) Organized active learning activities focused on dialogue. Communication Basic vocabulary that in daily life according to one's grade level. Thai literacy should support and develop teachers to use new materials, technologies, and innovations for teaching and learning, and spirit should promote the adoption of the sufficiency economy philosophy as an activity that promotes morality in school
