Abstract: การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ บุคลากรในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 293 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามเท่ากับ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.72 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (T-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One–way ANOVA) จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านแรงจูงใจ รองลงมา คือ ด้านความยืดหยุ่นและด้านจินตนาการ ส่วนด้านที่ต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study 1) to study the creative leadership of school administrators; under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to compare the opinions of school personnel on creative leadership of school administrators. under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area, Region 1, classified by age, education level and work experience the sample used in the study were 293 educational personnel. The instrument used was a 5-point estimating scale questionnaire with a questionnaire consistency index of 1.00 and a reliability of 0.72. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, test. T-test and F-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). From the research findings, it was found that 1) creative leadership of school administrators; Under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1, the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was motivation followed by flexibility. and imagination the lowest aspect is vision 2) The results of comparing the opinions of educational institute personnel on creative leadership of educational institute administrators. under the Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area, Region 1, classified by age, education level and work experience found that overall were not different.
