Abstract: The objective of this study was to create the media on a website to enhance the learning and training of operators in a photobook production company. The web-based learning media was therefore provided with Google Sites application including the multimedia using the CapCut program for video editing and audio inserting, and the Canva application for creating graphics and illustrations. The overall qualities were evaluated by 3 experts in content and 3 experts in learning media. To examine the effectiveness in learning and motivation of the tool, the link of Google Sites via QR code was sent to the sample group of 30 learners to start by taking the quiz of 20 multiple-choice questions as a pre-test before learning. After watching the video of the introduction and 7 episodes in the photobook production processes: pre-press, press, and post-press, the sample group took the post-test for learning achievement assessment. The learners also evaluated their satisfaction through an online questionnaire with a 5-level rating score. For the quality evaluation, the average scores were 4.37 in content (good) and 4.59 in learning media (very good). The learners were satisfied with the media tool and agreed that the content detail was good (4.37), the website design was very good (4.51), and the website access was good (4.47). The learning achievement of the learners determined from the difference average scores between pre-and post-test was 68.5% increased and higher than expected. Therefore, this web-based learning media has been applied for learning and training in the company
