Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพในอำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี และเพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพในอำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ สมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพในอำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จากกลุ่มอาชีพ 68 กลุ่ม กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 227 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพในอำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านงบประมาณ ผู้มีอำนาจถอนเงินฝากหรือผู้มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการเบิกจ่ายมีการแต่งตั้งในรูปคณะกรรมการ ด้านการรวมกลุ่ม มีการจัดตั้งกลุ่มอาชีพเป็นไปตามความต้องการของสมาชิกที่จัดตั้ง ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มีการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดต่าง ๆ ตามที่สมาชิกเห็นชอบ ด้านการฝึกอบรม มีการแจ้งให้สมาชิกทราบถึงโครงการฝึกอบรมทุกครั้งที่มีการอบรม และด้านการประเมินผล มีกรรมการประเมินผลได้รับการเลือกโดยสมาชิกกลุ่ม การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกลุ่มอาชีพในอำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี พบว่า การจัดตั้งกลุ่มในชุมชนขึ้นให้มีคณะกรรมการในการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มอาชีพ หน่วยงานของรัฐบาลหรืออำเภอ นาจะหลวยช่วยสนับสนุนโครงการที่มีประโยชน์เพื่อเสริมรายได้ในชุมชน ด้านการบริหารจัดการควรดำเนินการส่งเสริมให้มีโครงการเลี้ยงวัวหรือโครงการเลี้ยงไก่ ด้านงบประมาณ ควรดำเนินงานให้ประชาชนได้กู้เงินในการจัดทำหรือก่อตั้งกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชน ด้านการฝึกอบรม ควรดำเนินการโดยจัดให้มีวิทยากรมาให้ความรู้ในกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชน ด้านการประเมินผล ควรดำเนินการโดยมีการประเมินผลที่ชัดเจนจัดให้มีการประเมินผลในรอบ 3 เดือน/ครั้ง และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องต้องให้ความสำคัญในการประเมินผลของโครงการของกลุ่มสมาชิกอาชีพ The research aimed to study the participation of the occupational group members in Nachaluay district in Ubon Ratchathani province and the promotion of the same group members. The samples used in the research were the occupational group members from a total of 68 groups. The group size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan table. A total number of the samples used in the research were 227. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, means, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: The members of the occupational groups in Nachaluay district had an overall participation at a moderate level. Their participation could be described as follows. Budget: those who were authorized to withdraw money were appointed as the group committee. Grouping: the occupational group was set up according to the members’ needs. Management: different committee members were assigned tasks as approved by members. Training: all members were informed of the training and evaluation: the evaluation committees were elected by the group members. The groups in the communities consisted of the committee responsible for management. The state agencies or district agencies would provide support to raise incomes of the groups. As regards the management, there should be promotion for the cattle or poultry raising project. On budget, the general public should be entitled to loans. On training, the group should invite experts to pass on knowledge and expertise to the groups. As for evaluation, the performance should be transparently evaluated three times a month. The state agencies and other bodies concerned should give importance to the evaluation of the group ‘s project.
