Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์กับหลักฆราวาสธรรมในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ตามหลักฆราวาสธรรมในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ สมาชิกของกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ทั้ง 8 หมู่บ้าน ในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอ เมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร มีจำนวนสมาชิกของกลุ่มสัจจะ 1,031 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากสูตรของ Taro Yamane ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 289 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยทำการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงอนุมานสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 รูปหรือคน เพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ตามหลักฆราวาสธรรมในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( X̅ = 4.37, S.D.=0.35) การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (X̅ =4.25, S.D.=0.40) 2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักฆราวาสธรรมกับการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ ในตำบลไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Pearson Correlatin (r) =0.468**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน 3. แนวทางการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มสัจจะออมทรัพย์ตามหลักฆราวาสธรรมในตำบล ไผ่ขวาง อำเภอเมืองพิจิตร จังหวัดพิจิตร ควรดำเนินการ ดังนี้ 1) การวางแผน ควรมีการวางแผนในการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกัน มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่กว้างไกล มีนโยบายสนับสนุน มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจน และแนวทางปฏิบัติงาน 2) การจัดองค์กร ควรจัดระบบในการทำงาน กำหนดโครงสร้างของกลุ่ม รับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ได้กำหนดไว้ และเคารพกฎระเบียบ 3) งานบุคลากร ควรคัดเลือกผู้ที่มีความชำนาญ สรรหาบุคคลที่เหมาะสม แต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นธรรม และมีการพัฒนาบุคลากร 4) การอำนวยการ ควรชักจูงสมาชิกให้ปฏิบัติตาม สร้างความกระตือรือร้น รับฟังคำสั่งการ มีสวัสดิการตอบแทน และสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 5) การควบคุม ควรใช้คำพูดที่มีความไพเราะในการติดตามงาน ตรวจสอบ ควบคุม และประเมินผลในการแก้ไขปัญหา

Abstract: The objectives of the research were: (1) to study the general condition of management of faithful saving groups according to the Gharãvãsa-dhamma principle in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province, (2) to study relation between the management of faithful saving groups and the Gharãvãsa-dhamma principle in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province , and (3) to present management guidelines for faithful saving groups according to the Gharãvãsa-dhamma principle in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province. The research methodology was the mixed method research; the side of quantitative research, the sample groups used in this research is 1,031 members of faithful saving groups from all 8 villages in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province. Sampling method was used from Taro Yamane's formula for 289 samples. Data were analyzed by using frequency and percentage values, averaging and standard deviation. Hypothesis was tested by analyzing the inferential statistics, the Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. Whereas, the qualitative research using In-depth interviews with 17 key informants to support quantitative data by using descriptive content analysis techniques. The results of the study were as follows 1. The management of faithful saving groups according to the Gharãvãsa-dhamma Principle in Phai Khwang Subdistrict, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province in overall, it was at a highest level (X̅= 4.37, S.D. = 0.35). The management of faithful saving groups in Phai Khwang Subdistrict, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province in overall was at a high level (X̅ = 4.25, S.D. = 0.40). 2. The relation between the management of faithful saving groups and the Gharãvãsa-dhamma principle in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province in general was a significant relationship at the statistical level of 0.01 with relation in a paired manner. Overall, the level was medium (Pearson Correlation (r) = 0.468 **), therefore accepting the hypothesis. 3. The management guidelines for faithful saving groups and the Gharãvãsa-dhamma principle in Phai Khwang Sub-district, Mueang Phichit District, Phichit Province, should follow these 1) on planning, should have a plan for setting common goals, broad vision, supportive policies, clear objectives and operational guidelines, 2) the organization should establish a working system, define the group structure, be responsible for the assigned duties and respect rules and regulations, 3) personnel jobs should have the selection of expertise, recruitment of suitable people, fair appointment, and personnel development, 4) the facilitator should persuade members to follow, build enthusiasm, listen to commands, have welfare benefits and build good relationships, and 5) on controlling, should use good words to monitor, control and evaluate solutions to problems.
