Abstract:
In this research, the objectives were to study the personal factors of national schools Loi Tai Leng and Competencies Affecting Development Nation School of Loi Tai Leng. The research methodology employed was quantitative of a population of 800 including directors staff, teachers and students national schools Loi Tai Leng enrolled and were purposively selected; 267 of the population were also used as a sample through the technique of tro Yamane. Its confidence level was at .05 in statistical analysis, and chi-square test was then used to evaluate its relationship respectively.
In the research, it was clearly found that: most of those answered questionnaires were given by women more than men, aged less than 30 years; the most was students and consisted of directors, teachers and staff an amount of 66; and graduate bachelors degree an amount of 14; and master of degree an amount of 4. Competencies Affecting Development Nation School of Loi Tai Leng was at the highest level, taking five factors in each domain into account, it was found the highest average domain was of teamwork, integrity, achievement, motivation, expertise, and service. Mind was less then average level respectively. With regards to the test of the hypothesis in this research, personal factors at national schools Education Experience office were affecting the development of national schools, which was at .05 in statistical significance.
