Abstract:
This academic article aimed to synthesize research findings related to restaurant management in a new way, and to compile and summarize the body of knowledge about restaurant management in a new normal to be successful from the synthetic results. It was found that factors influencing the success of restaurant management in the new normal were marketing mix factors. The most prominent factor was the aspect of marketing promotion through online advertising. Keeping customers informed about restaurants and measures to prevent disease in the shop in terms of products, and quality ingredients selected for cooking. The food is fresh, clean, and has a uniquely delicious taste. Physical presentation or the shop has a stylish and beautiful decoration with enough tables and the store is clean and hygienic.
