Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study Factors Affecting Works Motivation of Working Field Service Engineer in Business Scientific Instrumentation, Technology DKSH (Thailand) Limited. The population in this study is 30 people were interview as a sample. Qualitative Research was used in this studies. The data take collected by interviewing were analyzed with the Herzbers Two-Factor Theory.
The two effective motivation factors were: Achievement, Advancement The three subsequent effective motivations were: Recognition for Achievement and The work itself and Responsibility
The five effective maintenance factors were: Life Balance, Salary, Possibility of Growth, Interpersonal Relation Supervisor and Relationship with peers and The five subsequent effective motivations were: Status, Job Security, Working Condition and Manager or Supervisor Technical, Status, and Company Policy Administration, Recommendation for this research; management team should be focus on annual evaluation of Employees.
