Abstract:
The research studied the implementation of a business model canvas in a coffee shop business. It was a qualitative research which studied relevant research papers as a study guide. The results found that: 1) target groups were teenagers or working near the shop location, middle-class and have a lifestyle that enjoys coffee shops; 2) Business Value, import raw materials of coffee from domestic and international, good quality, uniqueness, influences customers satisfaction; 3) Business channel, the coffee shops target audience groups by social media, emphasizing distribution channels following offline and online, so that products can easily reach target audience groups; 4) Customer relationship, the coffee shop business should maintain the existing customer base, and new customers provide incentive with an offer, or privileges, which must be taken into consideration with regular customers first to maintain an existing customer base; 5) Income source, the main income of the coffee shop business are from the drinks, there should be promotional activities such as special events, set up a off-site shop, temporary increase the income source; 6) Main activities, the coffee shop business main activities to continue, to make drinks for their target audience; 7) Main resources, raw materials such as coffee beans and other raw materials; 8) Main Alliance, coffee bean companies that import from international, and domestic companies, packaging companies, a freight forwarder companies, and food delivery companies; 9) Cost structure, the expenses cost of raw material, such as raw materials for beverages, including packaging costs, other equipment, utilities expenses, and reserves cost for emergencies. From the studies, implementing service quality with the coffee shop business found that the coffee shop business can be used as a helping tool the business operation, including 1) service concreteness; 2) service reliability; 3) customer responding; 4) service confidence; and 5) customers understanding.
