The Correlation between Instructional Leadership of School Administrators and Learning Organization of Basic Education Schools Under The Local Administrative Organization, Phayao Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study instructional leadership of school administrators. Under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province 2) to study being a learning organization of basic educational institutions. Under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province and 3) to study the correlation between instructional leadership of school administrators and learning organization of basic education schools under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province. The sample group includes government teachers and teaching staff. in basic educational institutions Under the local administrative organization of Phayao Province, 9 locations, totaling 159 people. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula, using a simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a 5-level questionnaire. Analyzed by basic statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and standard deviations and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. The research results found that 1) The instructional leadership of school administrators of basic education schools under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province, overall in all aspects, is at a high level. 2) Being a learning organization for basic educational institutions Under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province, overall all aspects are at a high level. and 3) The correlation between instructional leadership of school administrators and learning organization of basic education schools under the local administrative organization, Phayao Province, Overall, there is a positive correlation. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
