Abstract:
The objectives of this research are. 1) To study the level of teacher empowerment in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2) To compare teacher empowerment in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office according to teachers' opinions, classified by level of education and work experience. The sample groups used in this research consisted of 311 teachers in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The questionnaire tool is a 5-level rating scale for estimation questions. The data is analyzed using basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, testing the means of two independent sample groups and performing One-way analysis of variance. The research results revealed that. 1) The study of teachers' opinions regarding teacher empowerment in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office was overall at a high level. 2) Comparison of teacher empowerment in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. According to teacher opinions classified by educational level, it was found that teachers with different educational levels There were no differences in opinions overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the knowledge and information aspect and trustworthiness There were statistically significant differences in opinions. 3) Comparison of teacher empowerment in schools under the Chiang Rai Secondary Educational Service Area Office. According to the teacher opinion Categorized by work experience, it was found that teachers with different work experiences There were no differences in opinions overall. When considering each aspect, It was found that trust.There were different opinions: teachers with less than 5 years of work experience were significantly different from teachers with 10-15 years of work experience
