Abstract:
The purposes of this research are; 1) to study the principle of the Four Sublime States of Mind in the Buddhist scripture of Theravada Buddhism 2) to study personnels problems in accordance with the Four Sublime States of Mind of the Municipal School 4 of Wat Bodhivararam in Mark Khaeng Subdistrict, Maung District, Udonthani Province and 3) to apply the principle of the Four Sublime of Mind for developing personnel of the Municipal School 4 of Wat Bodhivararam in Mark Khaeng Subdistrict, Muang District, Udonthani Province. This research is qualitative research by collecting the data from documents and interviewing the key informants and then to put data into the descriptive analysis.
The results of the research are found that the principles of Theravada Buddhism, The Four Brahma Vihara principles included Metta Karuna Mutita and Upekkha. That can be used to live happily with others. by living a noble life same as prom Is a person who is higher than heaven, angels, which consist of is Metta the desire for others, other people, other animals to be in a good state want to be happy Desire for others to be happy physically and mentally If he's not normal, he's depressed, he's not as happy as he should be. Wanting him to be free from suffering is called Karuna, which is born out of pity. Wishing others to be free from suffering I want him to be normal and happy. in good condition If he achieves happiness and achieves even more happiness, our mind will be overjoyed, called Mudita, that is, overjoy when others are happy. or progress joy when others are good Desire for others to be happy and prosperous not jealousy, which is the path of uneasiness, anger distraction, which often occurs when one sees others as better than oneself Therefore, there must be a principle to hold the mind not to be distracted, that is, Upekkha, which means trusting, neutral, indifferent, not having to suffer with others. use wisdom to consider that Whoever does good will be good Whoever does evil gets evil according to the law of karma Whoever does something will reciprocate in return to the person who did it. When we see someone receiving a bad karma, we shouldn't be happy or overthink him or her about what happened. We should have good wishes. It is trying to help others out of suffering in a sanctioned manner
The personnels states of problems at a whole are found that the teaching is not agreeable to the major subject and it results in the lack of knowledge and skill in teaching the learners. Personnel lacks of knowledge, ability and diversity of works. And personnels work does not comply with the duties as assigned. Some policies often change and teachers who are edging cannot use ICT for teaching.
The application of the principle of Four Sublime States of Mind is; 1) for aspect of Loving Kindness, personnel in the Municipal School 4 of Wat Bodhivararam consists of participative working, listening each other, sympathizing with each other, puting someone else in your shoes, giving advice and assisting other when they have problems 2) for the aspect of compassion, personnel of the Municipal School ๔ of Wat Bodhivararam consists of assisting, taking care of teachers and students who get trouble and assisting heartedly 3) for the aspect of sympathetic joy, personnel in the Municipal school 4 of Wat Bodhivararam consists of creating the morale and enforcement for the teachers and personnel and creating the good relationship with all people and giving the chance to develop the profession and 4. For the aspect of equanimity, personnel in the Municipal School 4 of Wat Bodhivararam consists of personnel who considers the results of doing work with justice in accordance with knowledge and ability and the virtue with impartiality.
