Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to 1) to study the Administration according to good governance principles of secondary school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission; 2) to study the good governance Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission; 3) to develop a causal relationship model of factors affecting good governance Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission; 4) to verify the consistency of the Causal relationship model of factors affecting good governance Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission with empirical data; and 5) to study the magnitude of the influence of factors affecting the good governance and Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission. The sample group consisted of 432 secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the academic year 2023, obtained through stratified random sampling. The key informants were school directors, deputy school directors, heads of learning subject groups, and teachers. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics with SPSS for Windows, and confirmatory factor analysis and verification of the consistency between the hypothetical model and the empirical data were conducted using the AMOS program.
The research findings were as follows:

3. The causal relationship model of factors affecting good governance Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission consisting of management system factor, organizational culture factor, staff factor, management skills factor, strategy factors, leadership factor, and organizational structure factor.
4. The causal relationship model of factors affecting good governance Administration of secondary school administrators under the office of the Basic Education Commission is consistent with the empirical data, with a Chi Square value equal to 343.204, a df value equal to 329.0, a Sig. value equal to 0.284, a CMIN/df. value equal to 1.043, a CFI value equal to 1.000, a GFI value equal to 0.978, an AGFI value equal to 0.956 RMSEA value equal to 0.007 RMR value equal to 0.004 NFI value equal to 0.994 IFI value equal to 1.000
5. The management system factor has the highest influence with a total coefficient of influence of 0.36, followed by the leadership factor with a total coefficient of influence of 0.35 and staff factor with a total coefficient of influence of 0.30. All three factors affect management accordingly. Principles of good governance with influence on change were 93.0%, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
