ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators; 2) study the level of learning organization of schools; and 3) analyze the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the learning organization of schools. The research sample consisted of 293 government teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom, derived by proportional stratified random sampling as distributed by district. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1. Overall and in specific aspects, the transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level. The aspects were visionary leader, role model, intellectual stimulation, and inspiration motivation, respectively.
2. Overall and in specific aspects, the learning organization of schools was at a high level. The aspects were learning subsystem, people subsystem, technology subsystem, knowledge subsystem, and organization subsystem, respectively.
3. The transformational leadership of school administrators in the aspects of intellectual stimulation (X3), role model (X4), and inspiration motivation (X2) were factors affecting the learning organization of schools (Ytot). These factors together predicted the learning organization of schools at a percentage of 62.70 with a statistical significance level of .01. The regression equation was:
Y ̂tot = 1.71 + 0.21 (X3) + 0.26 (X4) + 0.16 (X2).
