Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความต้องการจำเป็นของการจัดการเรียนรู้ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือ คือแบบสอบถาม ประชากรจำนวน 226 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดเรียงอันดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า: 1. สภาพความต้องการจำเป็นที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุด เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ (PNI modified=0.075) ด้านสื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ (PNI modified=0.060) ด้านเนื้อหาวิชา (PNI modified=0.056) ด้านครูผู้สอน (PNI modified=0.045) ด้านผู้เรียน (PNI modified = 0.039) 2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต1 พบว่าด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ควรนำหลักไตรสิกขาในด้านศีลมาเป็นวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้รองมาด้านสื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ควรนำหลักไตรสิกขาในด้านสมาธิมาเป็นวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้และด้านเนื้อหาวิชาควรนำหลักไตรสิกขาในด้านปัญญามาเป็นวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 3. แนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขา ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ควรมีแหล่งความรู้ต่างๆ จะทำให้นักเรียนเกิดความประพฤติที่ดีโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาด้านศีลมาช่วยฝึกด้านพฤติกรรมที่ดีให้แก่ผู้เรียนรองมาด้านสื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ควรเป็นสื่อที่สื่อสารที่ชัดเจนตรงประเด็น และเข้าใจง่าย โดยอาจใช้ภาพ วิดีโอ หรือตัวอย่างสื่อออนไลน์ประเภทอื่นๆ ที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจได้มากที่สุดภายในขอบเขตระยะเวลาที่จำกัดโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาด้านสมาธิมาช่วยในการเลือกใช้สื่อ/แหล่งการเรียนรู้ต่อมาด้านเนื้อหาวิชาจะต้องคำนึงถึงธรรมชาติของวิชาความรู้กับหลักการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนมาประกอบกันโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาด้านปัญญามาช่วยเรื่องของการฝึกหรือพัฒนาในด้านการรู้ความจริงต่อมาด้านครูผู้สอนครูควรจัดกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามขั้นตอน โดยออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ที่หลากหลายเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนบรรลุพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาทั้ง ศีล สมาธิและปัญญา มาใช้เป็นตัวกำหนดพฤติกรรม พฤติสัมพันธ์ ทางกาย วาจา จิตใจ เพื่อให้เกิดปัญญาในการเรียนรู้อย่างแท้จริงและสุดท้ายด้านผู้เรียนต้องปรับตัว พร้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและเพื่อการเรียนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ควรมีการตั้งเป้าหมายในแต่ละวันให้กับตัวเอง การตั้งเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนและวัดผลได้จริงช่วยให้มีแรงบันดาลใจที่ดีในการเรียนโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขาทั้ง ศีล สมาธิและปัญญามาปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันเพราะหลักไตรสิกขาจะทำให้บุคคลพัฒนาอย่างมีบูรณาการ และให้มนุษย์เป็นองค์รวมที่พัฒนาอย่างมีดุลยภาพ
